/ Summary

They wanted a "facelift" for their app. But I noticed the problem ran deeper: they lacked a defined brand identity and a clear user flow for their MVP.

Initial phase - analysis
N. 01
Just polishing the aesthetics on that foundation would have been like painting over the cracks. The solution had to start with the brand.

Upon analyzing the product, it became clear that the issue ran deeper. There was no defined brand identity, no cohesive visual system, and no real user flow — just disconnected screens that led the user nowhere.

Mid phase - construction
N. 02
The process we followed.

First, the brand.

Before even touching the app, I studied ClicGim's target audience. That defined everything else: the color palette, typography, and tone of voice. An identity designed to connect with real users, rather than just a generic aesthetic.

Then, the product.

Using the brand identity as a foundation, I designed the app's 10 core screens from scratch, building out the entire user flow. The goal wasn't just to make it look good, but to ensure it was intuitive, seamless, and functional. The result was a fully operational MVP, ready for testing.

final phase - results

The Results:

In just 4 weeks, ClicGim went from a dysfunctional product with no identity to an MVP with its own personality and a cohesive, end-to-end user flow.

'Working with Capini kept our app development moving fast and smoothly. We even trusted him with a full rebrand, and he pulled it off in record time.' - ClicGim, Fitness Startup
